Can I stay in my own wheelchair for the trip?
Yes. Our vehicles have hydraulic lifts and four-point restraints, so you board and travel in your own chair — manual, powered or scooter. Let us know the type and size when you book so we send the right vehicle.
Can a carer or family member travel with me?
Yes, and there's no extra seat cost. Tell us how many people are travelling when you book so we allocate enough seats.
Do you work with NDIS plans?
We're NDIS friendly and provide itemised invoices that plan managers and self-managed participants can submit. Mention your funding arrangement when you book.
How far ahead should I book?
Booking ahead is best for appointments and airport runs, especially at peak times. For same-day or urgent rides, call 1300 12 05 05 — the line is answered 24/7.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Greater Melbourne. If you're not sure whether your pickup or destination is in range, call us and we'll check.
Can I set up regular travel?
Yes. Recurring bookings for therapy, day programs or work are common — we keep your details on file so you don't repeat them each time. Choose “Regular travel” on the form to get started.
