No, Roll and Ride is an independent transport service.
Our vehicles are specially designed to allow wheelchair users and senior citizens to safely enter and exit while remaining seated in their wheelchair. This is made possible with a ramp or hydraulic lift at the back of the vehicle. Unlike an ambulance, there’s no need to transfer from a wheelchair to a stretcher or a seat.
Our Wheelchair Vans can accommodated up to 2 Wheelchair and 2 seated passengers.
Our pre-booked qoutes are inclusive of all tolls, parking and fees. Honest pricing with no surprises.

Yes, our drivers are qualified, experienced, and dedicated to ensuring passengers arrive safely at their destination. Our wheelchair taxi drivers are specially trained to assist those who require extra support, care, patience, and understanding.
Yes, we accept MPTP cards.
Our customers have a choice of paying by Afterpay, Cash, Bank Deposit, Gpay, Apple Pay or Credit/Debit cards. We can also process your payment over the phone for pre-booked rides.
We DO NOT accept Cabcharge.
We keep a record of each ride. Please contact us at your earliest if you have left anything in our Vehicles.
