1. Acceptance of Terms

Saarav Investments Pty Ltd ABN: 28 618 796 259 t/as Roll and Ride (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides its services to you subject to the following Terms of Service. These policies may be updated periodically without prior notice. You can review the most current version of our Terms and Conditions on this page at any time. By using this site, you agree to abide by these terms, conditions, and policies. Please read the following information carefully.

2. Usage of Services

Roll and Ride operates as a third-party booking service provider. By using and booking our services, you enter into a contract directly with your assigned driver. Any liabilities arising from the transfer service will be the sole responsibility of the driver and their insurance provider.

Neither Roll and Ride nor the driver is liable for damages resulting from delays unless it can be shown that reasonable steps were taken by the driver to avoid the delay.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that Roll and Ride is not responsible for any losses, expenses, or claims related to service issues. All claims will be redirected to the driver. However, Roll and Ride will make every reasonable effort to assist you in resolving any complaints or issues within 48 hours. Please note that complaints must be submitted within 2 days of the incident; otherwise, they cannot be processed.

Roll and Ride reserves the right, on behalf of the driver, to refuse any order placed by the client. We do not guarantee the successful allocation of a driver for every booking request.

Roll and Ride is not responsible for any damages if we are unable to assign a driver to your booking and, as a result, need to cancel the trip. In rare cases, Roll and Ride reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time without prior notice. All information provided on the website is believed to be accurate, but Roll and Ride is not liable for any inaccuracies.

Website content may be changed without prior notice by Roll and Ride.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

4. Limitation of Liability

Roll and Ride and its suppliers are not liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes damages resulting from the use or performance of the services, delays, or any information, software, products, or services obtained through our platform.

This limitation may not apply in jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such cases, the exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with our services or terms is to cease using the services.

5. Indemnification

By accepting these Terms, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roll and Ride, its affiliates, licensors, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, expenses, damages, and liabilities arising from their use of the services, including any breaches of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Users agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria, Australia, for any disputes arising from the use of the services.

7. Anti-Spam Policy

Roll and Ride is committed to avoiding spam and unsolicited emails. You are not authorized to use our services for personal or commercial purposes related to email referrals. By using our services, you agree to comply with our anti-spam policies.

Any violations of these policies may lead to legal action, and necessary steps will be taken against the violators.
